Andy and Debbie were fantastic throughout our entire wedding planning process. Really responsive, always helpful and flexible to our (my) requests- even doing banoffee pie for us especially, which wasn’t on the menu at the time!

We had a lovely evening tasting all the canapes and paella and they were so friendly and welcoming. In the run up to the wedding they were always there ready to answer any questions and being massively helpful. It was so reassuring and we felt safe knowing that they would be there, knowing exactly what to do, ensuring things ran smoothly.

They arrived promptly (before us actually!) to set up the day before and early in the morning on the day itself. When we arrived at the venue it smelt INCREDIBLE and everything was under control, with waitresses serving drinks and canapes. The 3 paellas looked amazing… such a spectacle. The canapes were all lovely and the paella went down a storm (even with the fussy eaters!), most people had seconds and many had thirds.

Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was. Their paella is the absolute BEST we have ever tasted. The desserts were all delicious too (especially the banoffee pie!) and all at incredibly good value.

Andy and Debbie and their staff were so friendly and lovely to deal with, from start to finish, whilst being ultra professional and efficient. We can’t recommend them highly enough. We would like to do it all over again!

Andy and his team were so lovely! So calm, professional, helpful and caring- exactly what you need during wedding prep and on the day!

The food was delicious and looked so impressive cooking.

For our wedding, Andy and the Buen Apetito team served Paella for our main meal as part of a 3 course wedding breakfast, as well as doing canapes after the ceremony, burgers and pasties in the evening, and serving drinks throughout the day and evening. Having our wedding at a country house with marquee, a venue with no catering included, it was fantastic to find one catering company that did everything we wanted, including serving the drinks for our free bar. We wanted something a bit different from standard 3 course meal, but a bit more formal than a buffet. Paellas were served in smaller sharing paellas (pans) in the middle of each table and was the perfect solution for us. They offered this full package at a brilliant price too!

Andy and Debbie were very flexible, adapting to provide the catering in exactly the way we wanted, offering just the right amount of advice to us. It was a pleasure working through the plans with them. On the day, the food was delicious with many compliments from our guests, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing all day as the Buen Apetito team provided great service and food throughout. I’m very glad we chose Buen Apetito for our wedding catering and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is deciding on their wedding catering options.

Molly & Lex – 2nd June 2017

We employed Buen Apetito to cater for my daughter, Molly’s, wedding on 2nd June 2017.

The wedding was held in a marquee in our garden and we chose to serve paella, prepared by Andy and his team, as a main course, along with starters and sweets.

From the earliest days of planning right through to the day itself Buen Apetito proved to be a fantastic choice. Nothing was too much trouble, and as Molly’s plans developed over the months before “the day” she was in regular contact with Andy with new ideas, requests and suggestions all of which were met with a really positive and helpful response, even if the requests involved drink which they hadn’t provided. These people are “yes” people! It was obvious from the start that they genuinely wanted to help to make the wedding a massive success and their involvement meant that any anxiety and worry we might have had about things like detail and timings were absorbed by Andy’s team. They served the fizz, they made the coffee, they moved the furniture, they manned the bar, they dealt with the rubbish, they cleared away, they simply managed all those countless details often forgotten with discreet professionalism and without any fuss!

And not only that, they cooked delicious paellas, piping hot and served in individual traditional bowls by swift and smiling staff.

So, a really big THANK YOU to Andy, Debbie and their staff for making our special day such a success.

l have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Buen Apetito to anyone considering a similar function, and I have given Andy my phone number should potential customers wish to speak to me directly.

From the first telephone call until after our wedding, Andy, Debbie and the whole team could not have done enough for us. They were professional, polite and willing to go above and beyond to make our special day one to remember.

The food was delicious (we had canapés, paella, desserts and pasties & chorizo & halloumi brioches for the evening buffet). They were constantly working throughout the day, serving food, drinks and running the bar. It was the perfect choice for us as we wanted something a bit different to meat and two veg for the wedding food, and as they were completely self sufficient, there was no problem with catering for us in our tipi marquees. Our guests were so complimentary of the staff and food, which goes to show the dedication to the service they provide.

We would wholly recommend Buen Apetito caterers.
