We are a family business with myself, my wife Debbie, our son Joshua & two daughters Natasha & Dina and Johnny and then there are Kate, Ashleigh & Luke (all like family) who all ensure that we exceed expectations and create a memorable day for all. See our team here.

We constantly trade at some of the biggest and best festivals in the UK, having now served over 30,000 hungry festival goers and we continue to remain leaders by adding many twists to our paella, including our paella burrito and chorizo brioche.

You can be very assured that you and your guests are in excellent hands.

Wholesomely local & authentic

We source our chicken from just outside Exeter, mussels from Exmouth Mussel Company and our vegetables are from our local supplier, F Milford & Sons.

For vegetarians, we source shiitake mushrooms from local growers Forest Fungi and our meat free sausages and chorizo pieces from the best in the business VBites.

Our other ingredients, including rice, pimenton & saffron, are from various parts of Spain, so you are always assured of the real thing.
